Pastor Sue has been a member of the Reformed Church of Locust Valley since she was 12 years old. After a long career in banking and finance, which included serving as CFO for the denominational corporations of the RCA, she graduated from New York Theological Seminary in 2019. She was ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in 2021 and currently serves as Treasurer of the Classis of Nassau-Suffolk, Chaplain of the Locust Valley Fire Department, Supervisor for the Plainview Reformed Church, and as a board member for the RCA Ministerial Formation Certification Agency. Pastor Sue and her husband Dana, who also grew up in Locust Valley, have three adult children – Phil, who is married to Sarah, and twins Jenn and Rob.  They have a dog (Bailey) and two cats (Theo and Toby), who bring them so much joy!
